How to Age Gracefully

How to Age Gracefully

How to Age Gracefully

keep smelling, stay
interested in all the
messages that come alive
like signs,
there are sighs and songs
in every blade of grass and
breath of wind

keep moving, even
if only your eyes
look everywhere,
there is beauty and
movement to watch
like leaves that lift
and fly like birds

Lovely poem and good advice, no matter what age you are.

As always, Sam is a very handsome guy.

This is good advice for us all, dogs and people (except the smelling part--I try hard to keep from smelling....) Actually, I try to keep my two dogs from smelling, too, but they usually smell anyway. I have the feeling this is not the whole poem.... another suggestion: Keep breathing.
